  • Chuck and his crew were very professional. He scheduled around our time frame, holidays included. They layed out floor tarps, tarped off the doors to other rooms so dust wouldnt fly around. They picked up their tools everynight, left the work area neat and tidy during the construction. Shorty did an amazing job on the Master shower tile remodel. He is very talented and is very detailed oriented. Chuck checked in on his crew and myself everday to make sure things were going smoothly and tha we were happy with the progress of the job. Our Master shower now looks fabulous and modern, not stuck in the 80's anymore. I highly recommend Chuck and IWV Comstruction. Teri Anderson.

  • My wife and I bought a home built by Chuck at IWV Construction. We absolutely love the home with all of the upgrades and quality craftsmanship throughout the house. Chuck has made himself available to me and never one time complained when I asked for his help when I was doing anything around the house that required the builder's advice. He is from the IWV and isn't going anywhere so I know I can count on him to be there when I need information pertaining to our home. He has helped me in marking out plumbing and irrigation around the house when I was having a pool put in, given advice about all of the landscaping and how to communicate to our landscaping company to get what we want. Chuck has been invaluable to everything we have done in and around our home and he has been friendly and helpful in all of our meetings. His forethought while designing the original irrigation plan saved us thousands of dollars when we decided to landscape and beautify our back yard about four years after we bought it. While we were in the midst of the upgrade to our home, he worked seamlessly with our pool installer to make sure that everything ran smooth during the construction of our retaining wall and elevated zen garden being constructed at the same time as the pool. The wall and elevated garden turned out beautifully and is our favorite spot at our house. I would gladly recommend IWV Construction to anyone that is considering a new built home, a remodel or backyard renovation. They are true professionals from the top to the bottom.
